
Verve, an award-winning live agency and certified B Corp within The Opus Group network, has named Mike Kettles as its new Group Creative Director.
In his new role, Mike Kettles will lead Verve’s creative studios in Dublin, London, and Amsterdam and oversee creative direction in Singapore as the agency expands into Asia later this year. Kettles steps into the role as John O’Shaughnessy transitions into a Non-Executive Creative Director position after 18 years of shaping the agency’s creative identity.
Mike’s appointment is pivotal as Verve continues to accelerate its international growth as part of The Opus Group’s global network of leading experiential and brand experience agencies.
With over 25 years of experience, Kettles has built a reputation for creative leadership across global networks and independent studios. Since joining Verve in 2024, Kettles has worked closely with O’Shaughnessy and the senior team to evolve the agency’s creative approach and strengthen its strategic and cultural impact across regions.
